ONE - Collection of Information

- Discuss objectives, issues and concerns faced by the employer and the employees
- Develop census, rate and claims hostory and discuss on-going medical conditions
- Collect plan documents and benefit booklets and prepare company profile

TWO - Presentation of Group to the Marketplace
|
- Select markets to be solicited based on client's needs and prepare RFP specifications
- Submission of specifications to selected markets with follow-up to bidding carriers
- Collection of proposals

THREE - Preparation of Market Analysis
|
- Thorough benefit and cost amalysis of all proposals submitted with specific recommendations
- Presentation of analysis and recommendations to the client
|
FOUR - Implementation of Benefits Plans
|
- Coordinate entire implementation process including announcement memos, etc.
- Prepare contribution models to assist in the development of a strategy and a budget
- Conduct enrollment meetings at employer sites as determined by client
- Collect and submit enrollment data to appropriate carriers

FIVE - Ongoing Maintenance of Plan
|
- Meet with management / employee groups on an as needed basis
- Negotiate renewals with carriers and maintain claims database
- Provide assistance in the resolution of employer and employee service issues
